Do pushups. Each morning you get 50+BODY energy. BODY stat increases +1 each time you do pushups. For example, if you have 10 BODY, each morning you'll get 50+10=60 energy.

Take shower and eat your breakfast in the morning. This will give you +10 energy.

All events have several different endings depending on CORRUPTION stat. Besides, events always give extra corruption points.
